All-Stars - February 16th, 2013

Registration Packet

Deadline - February 1, 2013: $20.00 per participant (2 coaches per team included)
Crossover fee is $5.00 per partcipant for each additional performance

Late fee of $5 per participant if registration is received after February 1st.

School and Recreational Teams - February 17th, 2013

Registration Packet

Deadline - February 1, 2013: $175.00 per team (2 coaches per team included)

Late fee of $25 per team if registration is received after February 1st.

Adults $15.00
Students & Seniors (6-18 & 65 and older) $5.00
Children (under 6) $2.00

Advance Tickets will be: Due February 1st, 2013
